        BRIEFING ON MEDICAID MANAGED LONG TERM CARE

                   Lifemark Corporation

 The purpose of this briefing is to receive information related
to the range of services offered by Lifemark Corporation related
to Medicaid managed long term care.  The Company utilizes state-
of-the-art technology and management systems to coordinate
service delivery for vulnerable, frail, elderly, disabled and
chronically ill populations.  Lifemark is a multi-faceted health
care services organization based in Phoenix, Arizon.

 Lunch will be provided by the Hawaii Long Term Care
Association and The Healthcare Association of Hawaii.  Please
